The Bistro in Linz

In addition to the Bärenstub’n, which has been well frequented for decades, and the Rooftop7 Bar on the seventh floor of the hotel, which was given a modern roof in 2015 and is now well established, the Schwarzer Bär hotel on Herrenstrasse now offers the next highlight of Linz gastronomy – its own bistro in Linz.

The new gourmet bistro “DERschwarzeBÄR” with a view of the Herrenstrasse promenade is now open daily, and especially on Sundays, not only for hotel guests but also for all Linzers from 7:00 a.m. onwards. After the buffet breakfast, the day bar offers fresh rolls and sweet dishes from Monday to Saturday. Our bar team will spoil you with cool drinks, delicious cocktails or classic regional beer and wine specialties.

The birthplace of the legendary operetta tenor Richard Tauber is now, after constant modernization and expansion, one of the leading providers of hotel rooms and gastronomic delights.
