En plus de la B\u00e4renstub’n, bien fr\u00e9quent\u00e9e depuis des d\u00e9cennies, et du Rooftop7 Bar, couvert en 2015 d’un toit moderne et d\u00e9sormais bien \u00e9tabli au septi\u00e8me \u00e9tage de l’\u00e9tablissement, l’h\u00f4tel Schwarzer B\u00e4r de la Herrenstra\u00dfe propose d\u00e9sormais le prochain point fort de la gastronomie linzoise – son propre bistrot \u00e0 Linz.<\/p>\n

Le nouveau bistrot Lillet, qui donne sur la rue pi\u00e9tonne Herrenstra\u00dfe, est d\u00e9sormais ouvert tous les jours, et surtout le dimanche, non seulement pour les clients de l’h\u00f4tel, mais aussi pour tous les habitants de Linz. Apr\u00e8s le petit-d\u00e9jeuner buffet, le bar du jour propose des plats frais sal\u00e9s et sucr\u00e9s du lundi au samedi. Notre \u00e9quipe du bar vous g\u00e2te avec des boissons cool, de d\u00e9licieux cocktails ou des bi\u00e8res r\u00e9gionales classiques et des sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s de vin.<\/p>\n

La maison natale du l\u00e9gendaire t\u00e9nor de l’op\u00e9rette Richard Tauber est d\u00e9sormais, apr\u00e8s des modernisations et des agrandissements constants, l’un des principaux fournisseurs de chambres d’h\u00f4tel et de d\u00e9lices gastronomiques. Toute l’\u00e9quipe de l’Ours veille \u00e0 pr\u00e9server et \u00e0 faire vivre l’histoire traditionnelle de l’h\u00f4tel, malgr\u00e9 les innovations et les id\u00e9es cr\u00e9atives.<\/p>\n
